Loved brother of Siva (Dec), Thiru(Dec), Arul, Mani and Param. Brother in laws, Sister in laws, nephews and nieces.
He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends and forever remembered
The funeral service for Lt Col. Chelvagnanam Kandaiya(Retired) will be held at Altona Chapel, 2-14 Dohertys Rd, Altona North on Wednesday 15th November 2023 at 12.00 pm.
Private cremation to follow.
