Patrick Hutchings died on 1 September 2023 aged 93 years.

The funeral mass for Patrick will be on Tuesday 12 September 2023, at 11 am, at St. Carthage’s Church, 123 Royal Parade, Parkville. To be followed by lunch at Shakahari Restaurant, 201-203 Faraday St., Carlton.
