Family Message

On 5th December, 2020 Doug Kettels passed away at the Royal Melbourne Hospital after a short battle with cancer. Son of Bertha and Albert Kettels. Beloved and loving husband of Lorraine Kettels. Loved by his children Janet, Robert & Iain as well as James, Deanna, Larissa & Tess. Wonderful grandfather to Isabella, Tyler and Elias. Loved uncle to Susan, Liz, James and Kimberly. Loved brother of Edward Kettels and Elaine Johnson (deceased).

The memorial service for Douglas Maxwell Kettels will be held at North Essendon Uniting Church, Keilor Road on Monday 14 December at 1.30pm followed by refreshments and recollections afterwards. The family request no flowers and invite donations to the Victorian Artists Society. Please consider wearing something colourful to celebrate Doug’s life.
