Amy, you will always be a sentence Management legend. You ability to communicate with difficult and damaged people and to show empathy and insight will be so missed by all your colleagues and many people in our care! The messages here reflect what I know about your willingness to pass on your enormous knowledge to others. You were no fuss, get in and do the job but with care and compassion.
