Dear Louise, Clive, Sadie, Kate my deepest condolences. I am deeply saddened to hear of Amy's passing. We hadn't been in regular contact for such a long time but Amy and I were really close friends through school and uni. She has always held a place in my heart for the deep understanding we had of each other as friends through those years and her quirky humour, her deep compassion and I will always be thankful for those times.
