Dear Ruth, Anne, John, Rachel & all of Elsas close Family & Friends. My deepest heartfelt sympathies & condolences for the loss of your beautiful Mum, Grandma & Mother-In-Law Elsa. It was a pleasure to have met her & and made her days much more joyful & comfortable. She was a truly beautiful soul & I will miss her so much. Especially her beautiful smile & her laugh when she enjoyed watching Mr Bean. So sweet Thinking of you all during this very difficult & emotional time of deep sorrow & sending you all comforting thoughts & prayers I hope you can take solace from all the beautiful memories together you shared.
