Dennis was such a lovely person and will be greatly missed.I will very much miss making travel arrangements for Dennis & Robert for their next adventure.I will miss hearing Dennis' voice on the phone, his smiling face in the office, and his updates on all things Thai Airways.He was such a lovely person and had a charming and welcoming personality. I am very sad about his passing. It's very difficult for me to accept.My thoughts are with Robert & Family. Daniel (Thai Airways Melbourne)
