My dear Sarah. What an honour it was to know you and call you a friend. I knew the moment I met you we would become firm friends. We *got* each other. Unlike many others, you understood and appreciated my ridiculous self, and in turn I got to know just how wickedly delightful you were. Instant friends! I will never forget the hospitality you showed me when I visited Vancouver, and Im so very glad we were able to spend more time together when you moved back to Melbourne. It truly sucks that Im writing this and I just wish I could tell you all this in person. Its devastating that youre no longer with us, and your loss is a very heavy one. To Sarahs parents, siblings, husband, and best friend - I have not had the privilege of meeting you, but she spoke of you all often, and very fondly. My deepest condolences. Sarah was a special, one of a kind type of person who made an indelible mark on this world and she will never be forgotten.Rest well my dear friend.
