Dearest Sarah, I will never forget you. Thank you for your beautiful friendship. For making my wedding cake and transporting it safely from Melbourne to Adelaide! For the hilarious emails, skype conversations, sharing of books, music, podcasts. Thank you for making time, not just for me, but for visiting my mum in London, my in-laws in Australia and Canada. You taught me what true Aussie country hospitality means. You have enriched me deeply. I will miss you. To your family and friends, my heartfelt deepest condolences.
