Dearest Sarah, I am glad our first meeting didn't scare you off but instead, have you move 5 minutes from us. You are indeed very brave. Chickpea flour mint brownies will forever remind me of you. Not to mention your laugh, your humour, your many attempts at incorporating 'lah' into your daily vocab, and of course, your clumsiness. You will be missed dearly.
