I just don't know what to say. There was so much good, so much calm, kindness and thoughtfulness in Ankur, which he embodied every single day for all the years we worked together. We had disagreements on technical subjects, but on life, family, respect for each other, we could never disagree. They say you never know what you have until it's gone, and maybe that makes it hurt all the more because I never truly understood the strength of the bond we had as colleagues and as friends. I want to go back to 2 weeks ago when we last spoke to tell him how much he means to all of us. I know how much he loved his family; we spoke many times about family life, and while I know that nothing I can say could make this any easier on them, I wish them all love, peace and healing.
