Dearest Pullen Family, my deepest condolences on the passing of the beautiful, witty, caring and influential Margaret Pullen.I have so many precious memories of Margaret. She was such a caring person who always listened to me (I was lucky enough to be Emma's friend) and gave me a love of nature, social equality and education. I loved her delicious food (even her left-overs were amazing). I remember being so jealous of Emma's roast lamb rolls at school - decades before they were a thing. She was the most welcoming and charming person full of wit and inner confidence. I'll never forget coming home from school one day to your house and Margaret was dancing in the billiard room to really loud music, completely oblivious to our presence. Even when she realised we were there, she still continued to dance away. I was so impressed that she was able to be so free and expressive - I have never forgotten that.
