June Factor (former Friends of the ABC President) & Glenys Stadijot (former Friends of the ABC Campaign Manager)Our sincere sympathy is with Kens family at this sad time.Those of us with Friends of the ABC during the many years that Ken wrote his extensive two-volume history of the ABC are indebted to him for ensuring the history of Australias independent public broadcaster was admirably recorded. We will remember Ken for the significant contribution he made to an important Australian cultural institution. And we recall with fondness and gratitude Kens gentle and generous nature: he was always willing to share his great wealth of knowledge.
