I valued and highly respected Chelva as a much cherished colleague and friend. He was endlessly hardworking, innovative, clever, smarter than all of us and a loyal and kind friend. I can honestly say that he was one in a million and his great willingness to share his goodwill, time and ideas was appreciated by all of his peers and colleagues. Ill miss his infectious giggle.RIP
