Dear Chelva, we met when I was the RAN Foreign Training point of contact back then. Like others I appreciated your work, help and advice in better preparing my Navigation and other students to help them be better prepared. On a personal level, thank you for being the good friend you've been. Always welcoming. I hope we meet on the other side. A gem.
