Mohd Khamil bin Jamil — 15 November 2023

My dear brother Chelva, we met in 1963 at Westlands Primary School, Penang and had been classmates and close friends throughout the years. Your friendship and laughter alway kept all of us together. We last met at The Royal Lake Club early this year in March for our '72 get-together dinner, and you were your vibrant self, full of warmth, sincerity and goodness in you. I will miss you, brother and till we meet again soon, at Heaven's Gate. Rest in peace bro. Your old friend, Khamil or Camel as you used to call me.
