Please accept my deepest condolences Allan. I was a volunteer at Ruckers Hill for over 13 years taking communion to the residents on Saturday evenings and I really loved Tessa. Mostly she came to the living room for the communion service but if she was not well enough to come I would take communion to her room and she was always very happy to see me. She would proudly show me photos of you and I also saw her beautiful needlework. One day I brought my younger son who had just returned from a month travelling around Japan, to show Tessa his photos on his laptop and her whole face lit up when she saw places she remembered from her youth. Your mum was a beautiful, elegant, gracious lady and she will be sadly missed.
